We warmly invite you to join us in embracing feminine renewal and setting meaningful intentions for the upcoming year. We will be offering light snacks as we gather to begin the New Year with clarity, purpose, and a sense of community.
Our afternoon of wellness with 808 Company and Project Soleil features:
✨ Finding your center and letting go of old patterns while making space for calm and clarity through meditative gentle movement and breathwork.
✨ Reflecting on lessons from the previous lunar cycle and learning about the power of sage and crystals in fostering release and renewal.
✨ Envisioning your future and participating in an affirmation board circle to solidify your intentions.
✨ Letting go of what no longer serves you by writing and burning release thoughts in a cathartic and symbolic practice.
